What is in the building?

The building has office space on the first floor and  a residential condo on each of the top 3 floors.

What does it look like?

The design of the exterior of the building replicates the original 1904 structure. The interior design is a combination of contemporary urban elements with historic features.

What kind of condos do you have?

The two available units have 2 bedrooms and a study with 2 and ½ baths. Each unit is 2000 sq ft. These rent for $2250 to $2400/month.

Are the residential units for sale?

Yes, these condos are available for lease, lease-purchase or sale..

What utilities are included in the rent?

Trash, water and sewer are included in the monthly rent.  Residents will be billed for their electric and natural gas use from the respective utility company.

What about parking?

In addition to existing street parking and parking lots, there is parking in nearby parking garages or lots through the downtown residential parking program.  This program provides qualified residents with off street parking in all city garages and lots. Qualified residents receive a 75% discount on the unreserved rate for parking permits. The nearest parking garage is less than a block away, the Church Ave Garage at 121 Church Ave, SW. The discounted rate there is $16.25/month.

What about smoking?

Apartments and all common areas will be non-smoking only.

What is the Pet Policy?

2 cats or 1 dog less than 15lbs are allowed. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the owners on a case by case basis. They require an additional $200 deposit and a $20/month fee.
